
“I grew up in France, in Lyon, surrounded by great (the greatest!) food. I remember these amazing smells of bread and fresh pastries during our family reunion every Sunday, and going every day to the corner bakery to pick up some viennoiseries (French pastries).. When I arrived in the USA for my studies, in 1991, I immediately embraced the American culture but I totally missed my buttery, puffy French croissants on the morning! 8 years without it was too long! In 1999, I launched Euro Classic Imports, and in 2000 I started importing all butter French croissant, that I was delivering every day in Philadelphia area with my small old truck. 15 years later, Euro Classic has muliplied his business, launched new unique and authentic pastries but always kept (and will always keep) the same values: Innovation, uniqueness, authenticity, quality, Passion.”
